Distinguish WSM ballot order from eligibility review
A ballot or computer order is followed by review and quota procedures; an order number is not a purchase certificate.

Identify what the result establishes
The WSM 2025 result page describes invitations for declaration and evidence after the order generated from the 10 July 2026 ballot, followed by eligibility and final quota review.
Keep the application reference, order and later notices and prepare the evidence actually requested. Record quota, approval letter and purchase certificate as separate stages.
Separate the result and later documents
Each stage has its own notice.
| Item | Record | Follow-up |
|---|---|---|
| Result | Application and order details | Check the official page |
| Invitation | Notice and deadline | Prepare requested evidence |
| Review | Declaration and evidence | Keep submission records |
| Quota | Formal notice and next step | Do not assume certificate issuance |
Example: an order exists before a notice
If an order is available but the next notice has not arrived, record that stage accurately and follow the official enquiry arrangements rather than calling it approval.
Retain the formal documents
- Order and quota are distinct
- Evidence follows the notice
- Certificates are checked separately
