Separate application and purchase funding

An exercise's application fee differs from the down payment, lending and transaction costs. Closed-year information is not a new payment notice or a complete purchase budget.

Check amounts and dates from the actual purchase documents and the participating bank's offer. A guarantee arrangement is not an individual approval; list ownership and move-in costs separately.

Assign each amount to its stage

Keep unknown amounts open.

An application-payment record does not establish readiness of purchase funds. Build the cash timetable from later documents and the actual bank terms.
