Schedule purchase cash by its actual due date

A sufficient total budget does not establish that funds are ready on each due date. Record transaction payments, loan drawdown and fees on one timetable.

Match amounts to dates

List the deposit, further payments, completion balance and fees from confirmed documents. Check drawdown, savings availability and payment arrangements separately; expected funds are not automatically available funds.

Give each payment a source, availability date and responsible contact. Mark unconfirmed fee estimates as open and retain current bank or solicitor notices without mixing versions.

Illustration: funds mature after a due date

Suppose a payment is due on Monday while the intended deposit becomes available on Wednesday. Sufficient total assets do not remove the timing gap; confirm an arrangement with the transaction professional instead of assuming an extension.

Support each due date

  • Source and availability are separate
  • Unconfirmed drawdown is not treated as received
  • Written notices retain their versions
