Separate buyer and seller documents

The official Green Form secondary-market procedure identifies buyer and seller certificates and nomination arrangements. Check the actual route and prescribed documents instead of substituting ordinary private-property paperwork.

Provide the solicitor with agreement dates, original certificates and required declarations to check nomination and signing stages. A personal checklist does not replace the solicitor's application or the authority's document.

Identify the transaction document bundle

Example: only the buyer certificate is ready

A ready buyer certificate does not complete the seller and nomination checks. Retain those items as open for the solicitor.

Keep separate document statuses

  • Buyer and seller certificates are distinct
  • Prescribed forms are not substituted
  • Issued nomination documents are checked
